Note 1: Something BIG is about to happen to my Personal P n L (profit and loss) statement.
I’m going to make a MAJOR purchase soon, err, I mean my wife and I are going to make a major purchase soon.
We are ’suckers’ to good bargain and we won’t let one go if we saw one.
We saw one yesterday, and the whole decision making time took less than the time it took to say “Cat in the Hat.”
Looks like I’m in for a revolution in personal finance.
I believe R. Kiyosaki won’t approve it but hey, who cares…
Note 2: My current ‘check-and-balance’ using the old ‘pen-paper’ method seems to be near perfect (surprisingly) but a few tune-up and polishing are in order to make it complete.
Using software is out of the question. Maybe not just yet…
Note 3: When I ‘unsubscribe’ to many e-mail list last 2 months, I realize that my quality time online increases tremendously.
I’m thinking of doing the same thing to my investments but how do I weigh a ‘winning’ versus a ‘losing’ investment position?
Well, I can’t spend the whole week reading Kiyosaki, Buffet or Pete Lynch. Maybe I should go back and check with my Grandma (what she got to do with all this financial thingy?)
Note 4: Should I avoid buying Malaysian/local domain and hosted VRE (virtual real estate)?
Note 5: “To get rich”, one said,” All you need to do is keep buying asset.”
As easy as it may sound, how are you going to ‘consistently’ do that? What kind of asset can you buy online?
But of course, I’m more interested to be on the other end – the seller.
I’m more interested in creating assets and sell them to you
